Privacy

Your email address; the brand details you give us (name, website, voice, colours, audience); the messages in your threads; files you upload as reference or receive as delivery; and basic product analytics about which steps of the flow you reached.

Payment details are entered directly with Stripe. We store only the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe gives us, never card numbers.

To write your brief, price the work, brief the designer, keep your brand memory accurate between projects, deliver files, bill the membership, and improve the product.

Your conversations and brand material are not used to train foundation models. Messages are sent to our AI provider to generate the reply in your thread, and are not retained by us for training purposes.

The designers matched to your project, and the people running Dieter. Nobody else. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

We rely on service providers to run the product: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our AI provider for the concierge. Each processes data only to provide that service.

Threads, briefs and delivered files are kept while your account is open so your brand memory stays useful. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your threads, brand profiles and uploads, keeping only the billing records we are legally required to hold.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at any time by emailing hello@getdieter.co. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link in every message and unsubscribing never affects the emails about your active projects.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your brands and drafts, and count product analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
