Terms of service

Dieter is a design service. An AI concierge takes your request, writes the brief, and quotes the work. The design itself is made by vetted senior human designers. We do not deliver AI-generated artwork as design output.

Design time is billed at a fixed rate of $120 per design hour. Every estimate lists the hours per deliverable, the AI operations line billed at our cost, and the total. The rate card does not negotiate.

An estimate is an offer. Nothing is charged until you approve it. Approving an estimate authorises the charge shown on that estimate.

Approving your first estimate starts a $750 per month membership with the first 30 days free. The membership covers the concierge, your brand memory, production tasks (resizes, exports, versioning, campaign setup) and the delivery commitments described on our site. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and we do not pro-rate partial months.

Two revision rounds are included in every quote. If the first concepts on a project miss the brief, you are not charged for them. Tell us in the thread and we will either re-brief with a different designer or refund that project's design time.

Each estimate states a turnaround date. First concepts are typically 2 to 3 business days; production tasks are same-day or next morning. Dates depend on your timely answers and assets. If a date is going to slip we tell you in the thread before it does.

On payment, full ownership of the delivered final files transfers to you, including commercial use. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Designers are named on deliveries; that credit does not create any claim over your files.

You confirm you have the rights to any logos, fonts, photography, and copy you give us, and you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of producing your work. We are not responsible for third-party licences you do not hold (for example, stock or font licences), though we will flag them when we spot them.

We decline work that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or intended to impersonate another brand. We may end an engagement and refund unstarted work if a request falls into that category.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Failed payments pause production until the card is updated, and we will say so in your thread.

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from a campaign.
